Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment for live online or self-paced training courses.

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You may cancel your enrollment within the refund eligibility period. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another batch or course. Please contact us for assistance.
